Our organic nourish balm enriched with magnesium to help soothe muscle ache and strain and to assist a deeper sleep and rest.

Apply a light layer to the body where there is muscle tension or aching or for a nourishing boldy balm before bed to aid a well rested sleep. Keep away from eyes and patch test before use, please note a light stinging sensation is normal.
